Member's assembly

Dear members

We are happy to invite you to our members’ assembly on Thursday 28 January 2010 at 7pm in the restaurant Maxwell, Bergstraße 22 in 10115 Berlin. To facilitate the planning for the kitchen crew, we would like you to confirm your attendance by sending an email to scheer@pwlegal.net and chose between the different dishes stated in the following:

- Vegetarian: A duo of pasta cases filled with sauerkraut and thyme mushrooms served in an apple cashew sauce (15,00 €)

- Fish: Haddock wrapped in pancetta on a saffron turnip purée served with sugar peas (18,00 €)

- Meat: Haunch of venison on smoky juniper jus with red cabbage, Jerusalem artichoke and sweet chestnut pumpernickel dumplings (20,00 €)

The Harvard Club contributes to the costs of the meal in the amount of 15,00 €. We would like to ask you to pay all costs above 15,00 € on your own.

The agenda for the members’ assembly reads as follows:

I.       Appointment of an annual accounts auditor

II.      Annual report 2008/2009

III.     Honorary membership of the American ambassador

IV.      Election of the board

V.       Modification of the bylaws, inter alia writing will be replaced by information via email

VI.      Approval of the HAA Operating Guidelines
