Harvard Leadership Dinner I

On 25 November 2009, the first Harvard Leadership Dinner took place in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. We enjoyed a very exclusive three-course dinner. After the main course, our guest speaker, Christoph Dänzer – member of the board of management of E.ON AG, gave an impulse-statement on „Leadership in der Krise” (leadership in times of crisis). Mr. Dänzer-Vanotti studied law in Bonn and then served as a judge at the labour court of Oberhausen before he switched to start an in-house career. His speech was followed by a very vivid discussion.

The Harvard Leadership Dinner offered the possibility to meet not only people from the Harvard Club of Berlin, but also members of the alumni associations of Columbia, Brown and Cornell. We also invited two outstanding students from the Alexander von Humboldt-Gymnasium in Berlin-Köpenick. Thereby, we wanted to put them in contact with exceptional people possessing great leadership qualities very early in their education.
